Statement of Informed Consent

1. I am informed that IS Consult Service EOOD owns the intellectual property right over the purchased and received from IS Consult Service EOOD “Package of sample documents related to GDPR and subsequent review of 2 documents” (package / s) of model documents ") related to the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (" the Regulation (s) ").

2.The legal entity represented by me will use the package of sample documents only for its own needs and will not distribute and transmit it in any way to third parties, incl. and will not reproduce it, nor will it perform any other legal or factual action that would infringe the intellectual property right over the package of sample documents.

3. The legal entity I represent has been informed that he will be liable under current Bulgarian law if he violates the intellectual property right over the package of sample documents.

4. The legal entity I represent gives consent after adapting to its activity the package of sample documents, but not later than six months from the purchase and receipt of the package, yes submitted for review two documents from the package of IS Consult Service EOOD (electronically at: office@informationsc.com.).

5. I am informed that IS Consult Service Ltd: a) reviews the documents sent under the previous item 4 and sends its opinion / notes / recommendations within 10 up to 30 working days from the date of their receiving electronically; the opinion / notes / recommendations are sent to the e-mail address from which the documents are sent to IS Consult Service EOOD; b) does not re-check the reviewed documents after the submission under the procedure of item 5, para. "A" of the opinion / comments / recommendations.

6. I am informed that only the legal entity I represent is responsible for the consequences of the incorrect / false / inaccurate / non-compliance with the requirements of the Regulation adaptation to its activities of the purchased and received documents included in the sample package.
